There has long been a debate over New Jersey/New York style pizza vs. Chicago style pizza. If you ask my mother-in-law from Chicago, “what is a Chicago pizza?” She will respond, “thin crust, topped full of ingredients, cheese and sauce on top, very crispy and cut in squares. People think of Chicago as the deep dish pizza capital, but that it is actually not the standard pizza in Chicago.” If you ask someone from New Jersey what a pizza from NJ is, their response is “less toppings, cut in large triangles, thin to medium crust.”

Well, we are the Jersey Boys. What makes our pizza unlike any is the crust. The natural ingredients for the crust are mixed by one of the 4 brothers daily. It is a secret family recipe. Savor the pizza, delight in the thin and TASTY crust, then ask yourself, “have I ever tasted a crust exploding with flavor – as heavenly as this – and yet so thin?” This pizza pleases both my mother-in-law from Chicago, and my New Jersey/New York clientele; a feat not accomplished by many.
